Mercury’s latest High flow PET valve is a more robust, faster and better valve for Auto and Semi Auto PET bottle stretch blow moulding machines. Some salient features are listed below :
Faster response time
Large flow due to a full size 3/4″ BSP port for blowing and a 1″ port for exhaust
Recovery valve feature for energy conservation
Longer life of housing and components due to surface treatment of the valve
Inbuilt NRV to ensure high pressure air does not leak into the low pressure line
Easy serviceability as the valve can be removed from the machine without disturbing the original piping leading to a shorter downtime and faster turnaround of the repair.
